Beautiful country home with a pool, several terraces on extensive & well maintained gardens
This finca is located between Santa Margarlida and Son Serra de Marina village. The place is in a beautifull area with a lot of natural enviroment.
The country house has a total living area of 120 sqm. It has got three bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed, one has two single beds and the third has 1 single bed. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub.
The cozy livingroom has a TV, DVD and WiFi and is also combined with the dinning- kithchen fully equipped. The finca is supplied with solar power.
On the approximately 1000 sqm of land is the large private pool (10x3m) invites you to cool down. There is also a BBQ grill in the garden for great barbecues. The finca is absolutely quiet. You do not have to do without the beloved internet connection because it is available.

IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 ARE NOT ALLOWED.

We absolutely loved our week staying in this great Finca. It was so peaceful and a great escape for perfect relaxation. The gardens are absolutely beautiful, it was great to be surrounded by nature with only the sounds of the birds, animals and insesee more

The pool was fantastic and we loved the house itself, which was a perfect size for us and had everything we needed. We didn't want to leave and would definitely love to stop here again some time
